The F30 wood chipper introduces a range of top-tier features and enhancements that set it apart in the market.

Enhanced Efficiency

Powertrain: Equipped with two powerful engine options Caterpillar C3.6 (134hp/100kW) & Deutz (75hp/55kW), the F30 delivers exceptional chipping speed, reducing processing time significantly.

Angled Cutting Disc: The 50° angled cutting disc offers advantages over square cut disc chippers, including increased performance by cutting along the wood grain resulting in less cutting force required to create chips, improving energy efficiency of the operation. The angled cut also produces a higher quality chip with reduced oversize resulting in maximised finished product for our operators.

Constructed with high-grade, robust materials, the F30 withstands the toughest conditions, ensuring longevity and reducing maintenance costs.

Oversized Components: such as our shaft bearings and drive couplings significantly increase part lifespan and minimise downtime for your operation to keeping you chipping!
Hardox® chamber construction: a wear-resistant steel offers exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion and impact, which are frequent in the wood chipping process. The robustness of Hardox® steel ensures the chamber remains intact and effective, minimizing the need for frequent replacements or repairs.

Eco-Friendly Technology

Eco-Mode: The F30 boasts an innovative Eco-Mode to reduce operator fuel usage and reduce emissions. Eco-Mode reduces the engine to idle speed when the F30 is not in use. Operators can set a custom time from the 4.3” HD colour display screen or activate Eco-Mode via the radio remote.

Stage 5 Engines: The F30 is available with two Stage V engines options to meet EU regulatory compliance and reduce emissions which are major contributors to air pollution.

User Safety & Comfort

Colour HMI: The 4.3” colour display makes setting up the F30 quick and easy. All functions of the chipper including hydraulic hopper and hydraulic chute setup can be operated from the screen.

Chipping Modes: Operators can quickly change between chipping modes to suit the materials they are processing, with the option to configure custom chipping modes to really fine tune your F30.

Safety: The F30 is designed with safety as a priority, with 3 independent stop bars for hand feeding the chipper and in addition, two dedicated E-Stop push buttons for machine feeding. The E-Stop can also be activated from a distance with the radio remote.

For added safety the F30 comes standard with an acoustic alarm that sounds during machine startup and setup to ensure your team members are aware of potential dangers when on site.

For machine loading, the traffic light indicator on the machine makes life easy by showing if there are any issues with the chipper.

F30 Wood Chipper Available in Wheeled and Tracked Formats

The F30 is available on a heavy duty tracked chassis with a 5 tonne track-set to further increase component lifespan. The rubber tracks give fantastic grip when going off road or on unstable terrain but are still soft on the ground for urban operations, ensuring you minimise any impact on your client’s property.

The wheeled chassis option is available for customers who operate in urban areas or travel longer distances to jobs. The heavy duty leaf spring suspension offers comfortable towing capabilities suitable for highway travel.
